Your level of qualification, name, surname, email address, phone number, address, availability, application documents (cover letter, CV, references, certificates, etc.), including links to online XING or LinkedIn profiles, earliest possible start date, salary expectation alongside other notes.
This information will be used exclusively for recruiting purposes at Canyon Bicycles GmbH. Only those whom your application concerns will have access to the information you have provided. Nothing you have provided will be handed on to third parties who are not involved with your application.
After six months the information contained in your application will be deleted automatically, unless otherwise required by law or there is other reason to keep hold of your application. This may be the case if we do not have any fitting positions open at the time you apply but we want to keep your application if any future roles open up. This often occurs with speculative applications as long as you give consent for us to keep your application for longer than six months. If you want us to delete your application you can request this at any time, simply get in touch using the details listed on our contact page.
We undertake measures to keep your information protected. Your online application is encrypted when you send it to us and then saved on a database separate from all our other systems only accessed by members of our Human Resources team.
