YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW

  • You will be the business lead of our DAM tool Cloudinary.
  • Support with creating asset management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure that assets are uploaded properly for usability & permissions; metadata, keywording, cataloging, categorizing, and that organization is accurate and consistent.
  • You are responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and internal teams to establish processes and ensure "one-global team model"
  • Will seek to understand current processes, recognize process improvements, and develop strategies on how to source data while keeping manual touchpoints low.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure quality control standards are maintained with regard to proper licensing and usage.
  • Manage & develop digital asset taxonomy & metadata structure for all assets in the asset management tool.
  • Be the single point of contact for DAM related questions and technical issues.
  • Oversee DAM asset request processes and manage & respond to all requests
  • Own DAM analytics & collaborate with team members to define and implement solutions and improvements.
  • You will create & maintain training materials related to the DAM
  • Manage the onboarding & training of new DAM users and communicate regularly to deliver user’s needs

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE

    • 3+ years of Digital Asset Management experience working in a digital asset management tool (Cloudinary or Adobe Experience manager), preferably in an agency or in-house.
    • Experience with marketing, communications, or digital content creation in a multi-brand, multi-channel (i.e. video, digital, audio) organization.
    • Experience in license management of Digital Assets (incl. font and photo/video) with basic understanding of legal requirements and compliance.
    • Knowledge of conventional file formatting and usage.
    • Experience in working with metadata, tagging and file-naming of content.
    • Ability to create and organize data including creation of an architecture map and naming convention.
    • Experience with Adobe Create Suites.
    • Adobe Analytics or similar experience with analytics & reporting.
    • An active interest for the riding scenes
    • Excellent MS Office skills
    • Very good or native English skills
